Great atmosphere. Beautiful day sitting under a giant tree having a coffee and breakfast. There is a covered outdoor area and also tables and chairs inside if preferred. Food was great and not overpriced for what we had. There is a play area for the kids with toys and a change table for babies. Also dog friendly with a park and walk/ riding track along the creek nearby. Service was very friendly and helpful

Today visited Shillinglaw cafe and it completely exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The baristas are super friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend the best brew based on your tastes.I ordered their signature coffee! You can tell they use high-quality beans. The baked goods are also a must-try—the croissants were buttery perfection!Whether you’re a coffee aficionado or just looking for a cozy spot to unwind, this place has it all. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful leafy and cozy atmosphere as well as lovely coffee and food! I also got a GF lentil burger and the GF bun was above average :) Staff are extremely pleasant. Overall, a delightful little cafe nestled among Eltham’s natural beauty and its library - I love coming here during study breaks

Love this place!! There's a cosy quiet indoor space as well as big spread out outdoor garden. I love the beef brisket eggs Benedict and the slices in the treat counter in the front are addictive. They also do an exceptional matcha latte. 10/10.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this café! The food was a perfect blend of flavor and freshness, with every dish crafted to perfection. The presentation was beautiful, and you can tell the ingredients are high-quality. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it even more enjoyable.

Absolutely wonderful hospitality and grazing menu for our staff Christmas party. Service was truly outstanding, and the food simply incredible!!! We absolutely loved the variety of delicious dishes and how well the team catered for people with special diets. The space was also divine—just lovely under the tree with the beautiful table setting (and an incredible cheese board!). All of the arrangements were done perfectly. We had the best day!

My friends and i went for lunch and got the acai bowls (off the specials menu!) They were absolutely delicious and the vibe was lovely. I will be coming back to get the acai bowl again, hopefully the specials board doesn't change too soon!

Amazing ambience and great vegetable fritter! Matcha latte is coming Almond milk so I don't have to worry about lactose intolerance. Will definitely come back again!!!
